Order placed 8.30am. Guaranteed same day delivery by 5pm, but would try by 2pm as per my request. Hamper delivered 11.30am. What else can I say. Superb service.Absolutely loved the customer service on the phone - professional yet friendly. Hamper was wrapped in a beautiful Xmas bow. Pleased beyond measure, me as the sender and the recipient for receiving such a delightful looking package.Now have you diarised as my go-to for online gift baskets.

What a great company. I sent a basket from UK to a friend. I messed up a bit with location and Julie was amazing. She chased this daily, spoke to my friend and kept me informed every day. She really worked so hard until this was delivered and made this delivery extra special. I will definitely be using this company again. We called them today at 4:20pm and wanted to send an Easter gift hamper to a client delivered by tomorrow before noon. While others do not guarantee as their delivery service is via cheap and unreliable couriers like StarTrack (nothing to hide there as it was mentioned quiet openly by other such businesses!) who even though can charge extra for rush/overnight express service but still do not guarantee the expected delivery service in return, these guys were excellent and offered a guaranteed AM delivery. And thats all a customer wants when dealing with business or important clients they want to send gifts to on such occasions!! Add to that great customer service, courteousness on phone, and quick order placed! Perfect so far and i hope all businesses learn to operate like this - with pleasantness, accountability and a promise on good service out n out. Strongly recommend Sendabasket in Castle Hill NSW.

At first it was a battle to get the website to accept that I was sending a gift to someone in Australia from New Zealand, BUT when I contacted the company I only got the greatest service. The receiver even mentioned how pleasant the person was on the phone when they had to deliver. They went the extra mile to make sure the gift was delivered on time and to try and make up for the website issues. Will surely use them again. Thanks

I cannot speak highly enough about Julie and her team! Even when the hospital we were trying to deliver to would not accept the delivery, Julie was extremely understanding and put my order on hold until they were able to be delivered a few weeks later. Julie from Send a Basket was so helpful. It’s my mother’s 89th birthday today and she lives in Menai which is more than the permitted 5 klms from my home. Not only did Julie get the flowers and hamper there she suggested I do it a day earlier as couriers are so busy at the moment. My mother was delighted with her gifts - beautiful pink flowers, and a sweet and savoury hamper full of little chocolates, biscuits and nuts. She was overcome.
