Order Cancellation
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel an order, just let us know and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Once your order has left our premises, we’re unable to make any changes or cancellations. So please make sure you’re sure before it’s dispatched.
If we’re able to approve a cancellation, there will be a small $25.00 fee to cover administrative costs.
Just a heads up, we’re unable to cancel orders based solely on a change of mind.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered.
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery if anything is damaged. This helps us sort things out faster.
To help us understand the issue better, please send us clear photos of the damaged goods.
Each damaged item is unique, and that’s why your photos are so important.
They help us decide whether to replace, refund, or credit the item.
Even if just one item in your package is damaged, we’ll take care of it.
Sometimes during transit, a little bit of wear and tear or minor scuffing on the external packaging might happen.
Just so you know, these small things aren’t covered for a refund or exchange. But don’t worry, we’re here to help with more significant issues!
Refunds
If a refund is approved, we’ve got a smooth process for you.
All refunds go back to the original payment method, so you’re in good hands.
As soon as we agree on the refund, we’ll process it right away – usually on the same or next business day.
