Whereas our policy is not to cancel orders for change of mind or circumstance, if a cancellation is approved by Management, Send a Basket will charge $25 a cancellation fee to cover administrative costs and fees.
Cancellation of orders is at the discretion of Send a Basket management. We do not accept cancellations under any circumstances once the gift has left our premises.
All gifts and hampers are packaged with care and safety in mind to avoid damage or breakage. In the event a product is damaged in transit, we must be informed either by phone or email within 24hours of delivery. Should this happen, we are more than happy to replace that item once it has been returned to Send a Basket, and, or a photograph supplied. Should we deem it faulty/damaged, a replacement item will then be couriered back to the recipient as soon as possible.
Should you have any concerns relating to your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery of your hamper, at which time we will attempt to resolve your issue within a reasonable period of time.
